Frequently Asked Questions
-I post orders roughly once a week, usually on a Wednesday. For regular shipping updates, follow me on social media. I post a weekly shipping updates to let you know when the weekly drop is planned for, and an additional post to say when all open orders have been posted.
-Most items are available for global shipping.
-Clothing isn't currently available to ship outside the UK.
-After your order has been marked as shipped, expect up to 2.5 weeks for items to arrive within the UK, and up to 7 weeks outside the UK.
*I'm currently posting orders every Wednesday. Place Orders by noon on the Tuesday to fit that weeks postage. Orders after this will be grouped with the next weeks Post drop.
*Unless specified otherwise, all orders are posted Second Class UK. Or International tracked.
*When orders have been dropped with the Royal mail, they're literally out of my hands.
*If you need a parcel to arrive by a specific date, upgrade to first class or pop me a message to discuss your postage options.
*I am not liable for any additional customs fee's or postage delays, be sure to check relevant details for postage to your area at the time of ordering.

>If you have an issue with your order, contact me within 14 days of it arriving with you, detailing your issue.
>If returning an order, YOU MUST Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
>Refunds will be given at my discrescion, and only once the returned item has been recieved by me @orangefruitcake
>You, the customer, will be responsible for returns postage, unless otherwise stated by @orangefruitcake.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
>Orange Fruitcake does not accept responsibility for late postage. Claims must be placed with the delivery service. Remember within the UK it can take 2-3 weeks for postage, and outside the UK it can take up to 8 weeks at the best of times.
>If you are unhappy with your order, contact me within 14 days of receiving your order so I can remedy any issues.
>Refunds are given at @orangefruitcake's discretion, and will be in the form of a voucher which can be spent in the shop

Orange Fruitcake is a one woman run small business.
On occasion, I may hold onto your contact details & such for shipping purposes, and for processing your orders.
I will NEVER pass your information onto third parties.
I do not retain any payment details.
I only process payments through Paypal or Izettle. This is to keep you the customer, and me, the business owner, safe.
I will never contact you to ask for payment by any other miens.
If you do not wish me to store ANY of your data once your order has been processed, please contact me and I will do so immediately.
(Storing the e/mail of regular customers does help me process PayPal invoicing slightly quicker, so do bare that in mind)
